Shipping policy

Order Fulfilment 

We use a fulfilment service to print and ship products on demand. This is a more sustainable manufacturing approach and good for the planet. It means we don't create waste and we don't increase the carbon footprint unnecessarily. 

Our fulfilment partner has warehouses across the globe and will ship your product from the closest processing centre. 

Shipping Rates

The shipping rates are determined by the fulfilment provider. These are standard shipping rates by region and will appear in your checkout directly based on the shipping address you provide. 

Delivery 

For all print on demand products, you will receive an email notification once the order leaves the warehouse and is on it's way to you. This email includes a tracking number and a link to track your order. You can download the Shop app to track your order or request for sms / text messages to know where your order is at. Links to both options will be available in the email notification. 

Shipping & delivery companies are currently unable to provide estimated delivery dates with good accuracy due to the increase in demand. We are continuously working with our delivery partners to improve this process.
