Refund policy

We're sure you'll love our products. 
But just in case there's an issue, here's some guidelines.
Digital Products 
Digital Products are downloadable files such as pdfs, gifs, pngs or jpegs. You will receive a download link as soon as pay for the product. As such no refund is possible at that stage.
If you have trouble accessing the file, please email us via the Contact us page and we'll be happy to help. Sending us a screenshot of the error message will help.
Print on Demand Products 
We manage print on demand products through a third-party fulfilment service.
If you receive a misprinted/damaged/defective item, the claim must be submitted to us via the Contact us page within 1 week of delivery. Please email us a picture of the damaged item along with and original packaging and the order number so we can help liaise with the fulfilment service and provide you with further instructions on where to send the item. 
If the item you ordered cannot be tracked and is lost in transit, we will  confirm the status of the parcel with the fulfilment service and liaise with them to resend the item to you at our expense. 
Refunds are not possible when
  • You may have opted for the package  to be left unattended with your postal delivery service and the package has been lost or/and damaged during that process.

  • You have a change of heart, and now don't like what you selected to purchase. We might be able to provide a store credit, so drop us an email and we'll see how we can help.

  • If you have entered the wrong shipping address and the parcel was returned by the delivery partner. We are happy to resend the parcel, you will only be charged for additional shipping and packaging costs.
